MilVets Social Hour at the Lion's Head Tavern 995 Amsterdam Ave (109th St).

Thursday 3/9/06, 1:30 - 2:30 pm, St. Paul's Chapel:

Flag Folding Ceremony and Columbia University Chaplain's Prayer for Those Who Are Serving in the Military and Veterans who have Served.

Thursday 3/9/06, 7 pm, the Alley Pub:

Send-off party for Seth Hillbrand deploying to Iraq.

Monday 3/20/06, 8:30 - 9:30 pm, Auditorium at Earl Hall:

Through the Eyes of a Soldier: Columbia Veterans Tell Their Stories. The main theme will be Iraq and Afghanistan war experiences.

Thursday 3/30/2006, 8 pm, Hooters:

Wings Night at Hooters, 211 West 56th Street (Between Broadway and 7th).

Friday 3/31/2006, 8 pm, Will Melendez's place:

MilVets Post-Grad Debriefing. Location is Will Melendez's place. Recent MilVets graduates offer advice and discussion based on their post-Columbia experiences; other 'expert' guest speakers possible.

Monday 4/3/2006 until Monday 5/1/2006:

Operation Iraqi Children at Columbia University.

Milvets get-together. Peter Kim hosting.

Friday 4/7/2006, 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Lerner Ramp Lounge East:

General Body Meeting and Elections. Lerner Ramp Lounge East. * Vote for the 2006-2007 executive board.

Monday 4/17/2006, 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Altschul Auditorium IAB:

Speaker Michael Gordon, NY Times Senior Defense Correspondent and author of "Cobra II" with LtGen Bernard Trainor, USMC (Ret).

Thursday 4/27/2006, 8 pm or earlier, O'Connell's Pub:

MilVets and Hamilton Society get-together. Ray Carl hosting. O'Connell's Pub is on 107th and Broadway.

Friday 5/19/2006, 5 pm, Low Library:

Air Force ROTC commissioning in Low Library, featuring AFROTC Cadet Bob Wray, CC 06.
